The Niles Senior High School Weight Room has been used
by Viking students and athletes for over 25 years.
Built in 1992 as part of a Physical Education and Athletic Wing
addition, the Weight Room at Niles High School has seen thousands of
student-athletes get bigger and stronger over the past two decades.

for our Athletes and Sports Teams. Coaches on staff who are also
Certified as Personal Trainers help supervise the strength programs.
Historically, the NHS Weight Room has also been open in the evenings for
a couple of hours for faculty and staff members to workout. The Weight
